Once you place an order, our team typically prepares it for shipment within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as it's on its way.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 8–10 business days. Actual delivery can shift slightly depending on your location, the carrier's workload, weather, public holidays, or busier periods like sales events.

 

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your package ships. Keep in mind tracking info can take a day or two to activate, and updates aren't always posted every single day while it's in transit.

 

Possible Delays

Most packages arrive on schedule, but every so often something outside our control causes a delay — carrier backlogs, extreme weather, or a surge in seasonal orders are the most common culprits. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

 

Double-Check Your Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, we're unable to take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address. Lost or Stolen Deliveries

After your package is handed to the courier, we're no longer able to control what happens to it in transit. If tracking shows "delivered" but it hasn't turned up, check with neighbors or building/reception staff first — packages are sometimes left in a nearby safe spot or accepted on your behalf.
